How to Use:
- Mixing ratio is 1:2 toner to developer (recommend using Pulp Riot 10 or 6 Vol Developer)
- Application of toners or any other oxidative process should occur before applying Pulp Riot semi-permanent colors
- Can be applied on dry or damp hair
